Help & Support
Quick start
- View an available status in its original source app.
- Open Personal Source or Business Source in Status Saver.
- Use Android's folder picker to select that source's hidden .Statuses folder.
- Return to the app and pull down to refresh.
- Save or share only media you own or are allowed to use.
Why does the app say Wrong folder?
Choose the hidden .Statuses folder itself. A parent Media folder, Downloads folder or unrelated folder will be rejected.
Why are no recent statuses shown?
First view the status in its original source app, confirm the correct source tab and folder permission, then pull down to refresh.
Where are saved files stored?
By default under Downloads/Status Saver/Images or Videos. Choose another writable folder in Settings → Save location.
Why does it say Already saved?
The app prevents duplicate copies. Open Saved Status to view, share or delete the existing item.
How does the 7-Day Vault work?
When enabled, eligible media found while Recent Status is opened or refreshed is copied privately on the device for up to seven days. It does not monitor continuously in the background. Disable it in Settings to erase Vault copies.
Why did a rewarded item not unlock?
A benefit is granted only after Google confirms the rewarded ad was completed. Check the internet connection and try again later. Closing early does not affect normal app use.
Does advertising upload my media?
No. Status media is processed locally. AdMob may separately process advertising and diagnostic information described in the Privacy Policy.
How can I report a bug?
Email the app version, Android version, device model, exact steps, expected result and actual result. Attach a screenshot or filtered log only if it does not contain private media or personal information.
